For lesbian couples wanting to start a family, this diagnostic assessment package covers all the tests needed for both partners. You'll both gain a full picture of your fertility and reproductive health, helping you make a decision about whether you'd like to preserve your fertility, or conceive with our Reciprocal IVF package.
How we test female fertility
After completing our fertility questionnaire, our female fertility tests will provide you both with an assessment of your individual fertility, which includes:
Ultrasound scans
to help us assess your uterus and ovaries
Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH)
A blood test to indicate your ovarian reserve
Thyroid profile
A blood test to assess thyroid function
Consultation
With a fertility specialist to explain your results
Where do tests take place?
We offer at-home fertility testing - we send a clinical-grade diagnostic test to your door. You have the option of visiting a clinic close to home if you'd prefer.
You take your thyroid and AMH test with a simple finger prick blood test and return the results to our lab via mail.
Ultrasound scans are carried out close to home, thanks to our network of ultrasound scan clinics around the country.
What happens when I get my results?
Following your couple’s fertility tests, you'll have a virtual consultation with one of our fertility specialists. This consultation is designed to ensure you understand your fertility test results and have the opportunity to ask any questions on the next steps.

Our approach to IVF is different

All-inclusive pricing means that the quoted price covers everything, including medications, monitoring, procedures, and any other necessary services.
You won't get any surprises or hidden costs later on. With other fertility clinics, you may not include certain expenses upfront, so you could end up paying more than you expected.

What’s not included
Please note that our clinical team reserve the right to request and arrange further investigations at extra cost (if required to define next steps and treatment plan). These could include: HyCoSy, saline sonogram, recurrent miscarriage blood tests, repeating screening blood tests etc.
Cancellations and refunds
Consultations
If cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment, you will not be charged. If cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged in full for the consultation.
