At Apricity we offer IVF payment plans and egg freezing payment plans in partnership with both Gaia Family and Kandoo. This enables patients to spread the cost of their fertility treatment, with manageable monthly payments and peace of mind.
Applying for a payment plan for treatment with Apricity:
Select one of the payment plan options that we offer. Choose between Gaia Family or Kandoo, depending on which option best suits your individual circumstances.
You'll be taken to our partner's website to complete your profile to request a quote for treatment with Apricity.
Gaia or Kandoo will run an assessment using their criteria to see whether you're eligible for a plan.
If you are eligible for a plan with either Gaia or Kandoo, the next step will be to perform various checks including a credit score check to determine whether you can move forward.
Depending on the partner you have chosen, your will be able to start your treatment with peace of mind for your monthly payments.

Kandoo
Through Kandoo we can offer eligible patients finance options to spread the cost of treatment with monthly payments. Covering both IVF and egg freezing treatments, you can apply via the link below for an instant decision, and with no impact on your credit score.
Gaia Family
Gaia offers the first insurance based plan for IVF treatment. With Gaia you pay a protection fee to get started, with coverage for three cycles of IVF treatment, and discounts if you stop without having a child.

Are there any upfront costs associated with the payment plans?
Both Gaia Family and Kandoo offer flexible payment options, including the possibility of minimal upfront costs. The specifics may vary depending on your treatment plan and financial circumstances. We encourage you to reach out to our team for a personalised quote.
Are there any eligibility requirements for the payment plans?
The eligibility requirements differ slightly between the two options.
Kandoo offers a finance option with fixed monthly payments, and your individual credit score will affect your eligibility.
At Gaia, your credit score as well as a clinical assessment will all be taken into consideration when determining your eligibility.
Can I switch between payment plans once I've chosen one?
Your contract agreement will be with the third party partner and any changes to the agreement will be subject to that.
How long does it take to receive a quote for the payment plans?
With Kandoo, should you be eligible, you will instantly receive a list of offers from a number of well known UK lenders.
Gaia aim to respond to all quote requests within 24 hours, though this may be sooner.
Can the payment plans cover all aspects of fertility treatment?
Again this will depend on your own individual payment plan and the partner.
